For portrait sessions, typically about 2 weeks. For large scale events, up tp 4 weeks. If for any reason my turnaround time needs to be extended, I will let you know and always be in communication if emergencies arise.

Yes. I do require a deposit to secure your session or event date and time. If a cancellation must occur, the deposit is non - refundable. However, if the session or event is rescheduled within a month of the cancellation, the deposit can be used towards the rescheduled session. Reschedules after 1 month will require a new deposit. Assuming no cancellations or reschedules occur, deposits are deducted from the total cost of your session or event. The only exception are mini sessions. These sessions are paid in full upon booking, and the cancellation/reschedule policy still applies.

Travel expenses are included in my package within 25 miles of my base location, which is in Concord, California. Additional travel fees are added if the session or event exceeds the 25 mile radius.

Yes. The final photos are delivered in an online gallery that does have an online store for prints and other products. However, you do not have to use that store. You can always download your high resolution files and use that file to print from any print lab of your choice.
